How to convert .avi to .flv without compression?

Hi,

I am developing an e-learning software using Adobe Captivate 5.

The software includes images to be added in Captivate 5. The original images are in the format .avi which needs to be converted to .flv to upload.

I tried converting using the Adobe Media Encoder but this gives a compressed .flv file from .avi file.

Is there anyway I can convert the .avi file to .flv without compression? Any settings that I need to change?

Or

Is there a way to upload .avi files itself into Captivate5?

Do you mean convert avi to flv format? I know eahoosoft video converter can do this with high quanlity and beautiful interface
