Maybe you want to print handouts? You can find them under File, Print.

If the goal is to extract the whole text to review in Word (or simply copy content to use in other ways), I would be tempted to:

Publish the project as a PDF (if the version you have allows it) and in Acrobat, export your document as Word
Export the captions as Word (like to prep for translations)

Please confirm the version of Captivate and OS you are using.
