How to disable the camera to appear before starting a video demo

When I select the video demo option, Captivate has the camera to turn on automatically as default and I would like to see how to disable this. All my videos do not require me to appear in the video so it gets a little frustrating after that 100th time to always select NO CAMERA.

    I am in the same situation, I never use the camera. This should be included in the Preferences, Recording, Video Demo but that is not the case. Please log a feature request. Here is the form:
