How to display button for entire project in Captivate 8

I just upgraded to Captivate 8 and I am using a SmartShape as  button so that I could extend it for the entire project. Is that still possible in 8?

    Of course. Maybe you are looking for the Timing panel? You can open it with the Window menu.
