How to download captivate 9?

I used captivate 9. A little over 1 month ago I formatted my computer. When I re-downloaded captivate, it was already the latest version. However, I have files from the old version to edit. Where can I find the captivate 9 installable?

    Adobe supports only the two most recent versions, and the most recent version is 12.

    Maybe have a look at ProDesign tools if they still offer CP9?
