How to e-mail Survey Results

I am trying to add a survey at the end of my presentation to e-mail back to me. All I want to know is if the video was helpful or not. Just normal feedback. When I press the button and add my feedback the e-mail client opens up ok, but my comments have dissapeared. Any ideas?

Ahhh, so I see you have quickly managed to find Captivate's Achilles' heel!

Try performing a search of these forums using only the term "Email". You may be very surprised to see the number of posts and issues with Email reporting.

I really hate to be the bearer of bad news with that. I really do wish something (anything) could be done to change the behavior and make it totally reliable.

One thing I would suggest that you (and anyone else with the issue - there seem to be so many) would do is to report this to Adobe as a bug. You do this using the Wish Form/Bug Reporting Form.
