How to Enforce No Retakes on Quiz Published to LMS?

In the previous version of Captivate, it was fairly easy to enforce no retakes of a quiz after publishing to an LMS, but I just recently got upgraded to Version 12.2 and now I'm unable to do that. I set the number of attempts to "1" on the quiz results slide, but there must be something else I need to do? I also noticed that when I publish the SCORM file, I get two files: one is a ZIP file with the application icon and the other is a folder. I used to upload the folder to the LMS, but it is no longer a supported file type. Help!

The new version is meant for new users, it is pretty hard to 'translate' former workflows. You already detected that the part concerning the attempts on quiz level is now transferred to the Interaction on the score slide, whereas it used to be under Quiz Preferences (which no longer have Export/Import).

Can you show a screenshot with the content of the 'folder' and the 'ZIP' file?
