How to export one .swf when including other swf animation?

When I publish the file, the two animations I am using are exported again along with the rest of the publication. So I have the main swf, which calls in the other two .swf animations when required. I need to have just one file as a result.

This problem dares, if imported swf animation was created for 6th version of a Flash Player.

But, all features of 8th version of a Flash Player are disabled (((

How to export one .swf when including other swf animation (using the 8th version of a Flash Player for imported swf animation) ??

I have the same need, i.e., to use 2 different FLV movie files in a Captivate 3. The whole Captivate movie is two slides. Then I'm pulling that resulting Captivate SWF into a "Carousel" type player that is a SWF itself. The Carousel uses an XML file to populate the images and movies.

When I export specifying Flash 7, it still requires the FLV's to be present in order to play, and even then the movie doesn't play all the way through, it stops at the first FLV.

Any ideas on how to export to a single file that will play from beginning to end?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Welcome to our community, Sergey

Try using Flash 7 as the target. I don't know the reasons why, but using Flash 8 as the target will cause the animations to be left outside the main .SWF.
