How to extend part of the video demo?

As per title - how can I extend part of the video demo - to get extra time for the text to be displayed?

 

Kind of "pause / extend duration of a frame for extra 5 seconds".

    If I'm understanding correctly you'll need to look at the timeline. There isn't anything in the picture below but there should be a row for each item you add to the slide and then adjust them for length to the right for a certain number of seconds.

    But if I have a 1 second video - I can't make it 5 seconds long. 

     

    And I'm in video mode - not slides.
