How to find a lost captivate licence key

My company had purchased captivate licence about a year ago but somehow we are not able to trace it back.

Need help in tracing the licence key as we forgot the details of it.

Is there any one who can help in resolving this issue?

Is there any specific adobe support email where we can write our queries?

This product key belongs to preinstalled OS version and cannot be used if someone installs own OS version.
