How to find the audio on crashed Captivate recording?

Hi, I was recording a demo and Captivate crashed right as I was saving (so the project never got saved successfully). I followed the directions at Recovering the project « Rapid eLearning | Adobe Captivate Blog but Captivate wasn't able to load the project from my zip file, I'm guessing because my cache directory didn't have an objects.cpo file.

I can find and play the video in the /mt directory but there is no sound. In the same directory, there is a file called SubAudioData.rdvorbis is 37,637 KB (the corresponding mp4 is 177,125KB) so I wonder if that might contain the audio but I have no idea what program would play this type of file. Any ideas for recovering the audio?

Thank you!

I've also found a RecordingVideo_{long number}.rdmp4 file in a different directory that is 214,782 KB but can't seem to open or play this one either.
