How to force navigation so that the learner can not move forward before clicking and reading all the hotspots. Can someone provide me with details of how to do this please. Thanks

Each time they click one of your hotspots, you can add or assign a variable. The continue button won’t work until the variable equals a certain amount. You do this by starting the button off in the disabled state, then when the variable can change the state to normal.
