How to get a report of questions scores in scorm compatible application

We are creating quiz in Adobe captivate (tutorial slides and quiz questions and publishing to computer. we then are importing into Knowbe4 compliance system as scorm project. When test is concluded by a user they see the quiz results but have no way to print or save to history in KnowBe4 system for future reference. (See below attached sample)

If the test taker passes or fails we need a report. the way it works now, if they pass , the system issues a certificate of completion. if they fail it just closes.

I am hoping someone can assist with how to get the actual scores so our HR department can retain in users profile folder.
