How to get better Bullets, Numbering, Indents in a Caption Box

Question

I am inputting text into a caption box and would like to have a small bullet. Unfortunately, all I see are large bullets and boxes and other stuff in the drop down in the Properties panel.

How can I get smaller font bullets, or perhaps other characters used as bullets?

Also, is there a keyboard shortcut for pasting text WITHOUT formatting?

Captivate is not a desktop publishing application, understand that you want more design functionality for paragraphs etc, but it is in the first place an eLearning authoring tool. You'll not find that functionality to replace a bullet in CP. Besides the workaround offered by saurav, you can also create the wanted text in another application with all possible styling, convert it to a SVG and insert that as image in Captivate.

And the answer to your final question about whether there is a special keystroke for pasting text without formatting is also a NO.

I usually just open a Notepad window and paste text into that first to strip off any formatting before pasting again into Captivate.

Feel free to log an enhancement request for a better workaround. It's long overdue.
