How to get rid of little star in TOC?

Hello all,

since I don't need the "bookmark" feature in the Captivate TOC, I would like to get rid of the little star symbol in the TOC header (or at least change it's appearance. Is there a way to accomplish this?

I am already using the workaround that you suggest. However, it only allows to change the captions in the TOC, but not the graphics ...
