How to I preserve dynamic-content transitions with Adobe Presenter?

Question

How do I make my published HTML5/SWF presentation preserve the dynamic content transitions?  Currently I have a very simple PPT presentation that uses the same transition for all files: dynamic content pan.  Everything works as it should when playing on ppt, however once published using Adobe Presenter, the presentation no longer has the dynamic content functionality, meaning that the pan transition works fine but the background of the slides moves with the content instead of just the content panning.  Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?  Thank you.

I don't believe that type of animation is supported by Presenter, but you can reach out to Adobe Support directly to verify: Contact Customer Care
