How to import XML files into Captivate 9 Responsive Project which is not exported from another Captivate project

I am trying to import a XML file in Captivate 9 project. The XML file is not exported from any other Captivate project.

How can I import this kind of XML into Captivate 9 Responsive Project?

You may want to look at using the Common JavaScript Interface to read the XML file:
