How to insert flv format and give them absolute path?

Hi all

Insert -> FLV or F4V File...

This is my best way to insert my flv files in my project.

I inserting the flv files and publishing my project in swf format, but captivate uploads that video files to output folder (where the swf file is there), but I want upload them to a folder called 'Videos' in output location.
