How to install "captivate 9" without "adobe id"

I have a license key for Captivate 9, and when installing it asks for an Adobe ID. Which will be a problem since I am installing it on a users computer, if I use my Adobe ID it is linked to me and would they be able to use it and update it with out my password? I don't want to force them to create and Adobe ID because then the software is linked to them and not the office. Plus the user has to have another useless username and password.

I'm sorry about that, but there are several reasons why you need an Adobe ID, even though you have a perpetual license with a serial number: access to the learning portal, to these forums is one of them.

Create an office id to then use for the install

Where I used to work (a University) all programs were installed by IT staff, using an ID that they created (AND KEPT TRACK OFF) for each specific computer
