How to let users record their response in audio and save them for evaluation?

I need some help in accomplish the following in my Captivate (2017) eLearning course and am asking the forum readers to offer me some advice. Here is the scenario:

A learner will first listen to a recorded call clip from a customer, she will then click a record button on the screen to record her voice response to the call clip.  the learner can re-record her response if she plays her own recording and not satisfied with it.  She can submit (save) the audio response on a server for evaluation by a trainer or coach when she is satisfied with the recording of her response.  The learner will continue with another call clip of the customer to listen and to response in recorded audio. 

My question is how can this be accomplished in Captivate or any other authoring tools? I searched the forum for tips and did find any.  I would greatly appreciate it if someone can share the knowledge or experience on this with me.

The functionality you are describing is outside the scope of what you can create out-of-the-box with Captivate.  You would need to create a custom-coded solution, possibly in the form of a mobile app, and then you would need versions of the app for both iOS and Android.  You're talking about a software project that would likely cost more money than you currently have available.

Thank you very much for your quick response to question, RodWard.  It seems that none of the authoring tools that I know can be used to create such a project.  Your assessment of the resources involved to develop such a custom-coded solution is correct.  We will need to find other ways to accomplish this.  Meanwhile, I will keep the question here to see whether other community members can offer some insights.
