How to make Capivate project look consistent across browser and OS

Hello everyone,

I have use the responsive design in Captivate 9 and published the project on the Moodle LMS. However, when I play the project the display is inconsistent from a desktop to another and from a browser to another. It looks perfect on a Mac when I use the Chrome browser.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

    Am I wrong when I suspect you publish to HTML? Because that sounds like the 'benefits' of HTML (every browser supports differently).
