How to make Captivate remember my image editor?

Every single time I open Captivate, I need to re-select my image editor. (Right-click image in library->Edit With...->Select photoshop.exe). It remembers my choice during the current session. But after closing Captivate, I have to go through it all over again.

 

How do I make it remember my editor? This has been going on since Captivate 5.

    I haven't found a way to do this.  I agree it's annoying and it should be better.

     

    Submit a bug report and add your voice to the collective cries for change.

    I was afraid of that. I've submitted a bug, for what good it will do.

    Thanks for logging a bug report! Same is valid for all default editing applications.

    For PS my workaround is to have as many images as possible imported using the File, Import, Photoshop File. But completely agree this shouldn't be necessary. You should be able to keep the choice, through Preferences.
