how to make Responsive design course work with IE8 and 9

I have created a course but all the users are getting errors because ie version. Some people can not upgrade to 10 or 11 for various issues.

Responsive design means HTML5 output only. And if you look at this link, you'll see how poor the support for HTML5 is in IE8 and IE9.

Hi Thanks for your response. What is the alternative solution to have the

course work for Tablet but should work in IE 8 or 9.

You posted all your credentials in your answer, bit dangerous on a public forum.

You can publish to both SWF and HTML if it is a normal project, but not for a responsive project. The only way to have the course playing fine in the old browser is using SWF output.
