How to make system variable as accessible

Hi Team,

I am developing a HTML 5 output accessbility course using Adobe Captivate 2019. For the screen reader, I use 'Narrator' app. 

How can I let the user to understand thier quiz score when they use only tab key? In short, how can I make accessbilie for the system / user varaibles?.
