How to Modify Captivate Default Template

I wish to record and insert software simulation screens in a module that will contain the typical intro screen, lesson objectives, scenario, etc; then the simulation begins.

Ideally, I want to be able to capture three modes, Demo, Training and Assessment simultaneously. However, Captivate only allows me to do one type of capture mode when selected from the Slides button in the upper left corner.

As the software is a data-base app, I can't do these steps three times for each of the three modes.

Anyone know a work around for this?

Capture the software simulation in the three modes in a separate project, same resolution. Use the same theme, master slides will not be important for the simulation, which uses the Blank master slide, but you'll have the same theme colors and object styles in the software simulation project. When ready, you can copy/paste slides in the main project.
