How to move to a certain time in video?

Hi,

I recorded a co-worker's presentation and now am trying to transcribe her audio so that I can narrate over Captivate slides. The problem is that every time I go back in, I have to start at the beginning of the video (it's about an hour long). Is there a way to go to a certain time in the video without having to use the scroll bar (which takes forever?)
