How to prevent infinite scroll feature to start at the top of the next scene and not in the middle

I'm using the infinite scroll feaure for my trainings and when transitioning from one scene to the next the "next" scene doesn't start at the top. At times it is just below the top or sometimes it is in middle of the next scene. Is there way to prevent this from happening? Why does it happen so I can fix it in the future?
