How to properly publish to HTML5 for Mobile viewing?

Hey guys, I've messed around with Mobile learning before, but that was with a different company and different LMS. The company I moved to has finally slowed down enough that we can entertain mobile learning. However, I'm running into some problems producing mobile learning content using Captivate 7. Hopefully you can help.

I created a short test course in Captivate 7 that uses a number of functions (all HTML 5 compatible) that we commonly use in our course development. I am publishing the course to two places: Adobe Connect, and our LMS Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Cloud. The first time I published I just did it with SCORM 2004, HTML 5 only knowing SWF wasn't going to help. What I see in Connect is a gray screen and nothing loading, and in the LMS just a constant loading screen. I then published with as combined SWF and HTLM5 and Connect still gave me a gray screen but the LMS worked. However, it won't load on an iPhone. Just sits there spinning its wheels.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!
