how to publish a Captivate 2019 video

I have the most up to date version of captivate (no patches).

I can't publish a file I created - the only option I am given is to publish as HTML5. The options to publish as a video or to Youtube are not enabled. Please advise.

Are you creating a Fluid Boxes project? Publishing to MP4 (passive video) is only possible from a non-responsive project. A Fluid Boxes project can only be published to HTML5.
