How to purchase a student version of Captivate 9 for my child

hi

What do I need to do to purchase a student edition of captivate 9 for my child who is in secondary school in the UK?

Do I buy it first and then provide the proof?  If this different for UK schools to the USA?

Please advise.  Will a letterheaded letter from her school outlining she is a pupil of the school be sufficient?
