How to record program audio

Question

I am attempting to record a demo of a program that captures
and plays recorded audio. Does anyone know how to make Captivate 2
record the audio as it is being played from the captured program. I
see how to add audio after that fact and through the microphone but
not through what is coming out of my speakers.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi Sydlor and welcome to our communityOne way to do this is to use a patch cable that runs from theSpeaker output to the Microphone or Line In input. Or, anotheralternative is to use a mixing device to allow combining this samesetup with a microphone.Perhaps this Adobe discussion on Microphone selection wouldhelp here. ClickHereCheers... Rick
