How To Register Captivate 9 Perpetual

Hi, I just got a serial number for Captivate 9 perpetual (Windows) an am having trouble registering it. Anyone know how that would be done? Installed and activated Cp 9 with the serial, then clicked the register popup, however that simply took me to my Adobe account. I tried going to Products in my account (where I always used to register perpetual versions), but there is only an option to register older products (such as CS3). Nevertheless, I gave it a try. Just told me to enter a valid serial number. So, how can I register?

Also, is this the correct forum to post in? If not, let me know and I'll move it to the correct one...

Do you mean a subscription version? Payment/month? You don't need a registration key, your Adobe ID is linked with any subscription, CC as well as Captivate.

‌No, the perpetual version of Captivate 9, 24 digit serial number... I'd like to have the serial stored in my account like with Lr 4, CS6 etc..

That is strange, I also have a serial number. When installing Captivate, you can choose between Trial version and licensed version, there I enter my serial number. It is limited to two systems, bit annoying (compared with CC), because I have a desktop (developing/consulting), a laptop (training) and a Surface Pro (for presentations). I have always to switch between the activation of the laptop and the Surface. Even today I installed it the way I described (new laptop).
