You know that Question %s of %s at the bottom of the page. I can do what it does with System variables and it's hard to edit. But I couldn't delete it. Is there any way to remove it?

You don't tell which version you use?

The Progress indicator can be turned off in Quiz Preferences, Settings:

As for editing: Try Quiz Preferences, Default Labels: progress indicator is there to be edited.

Can I add the Progress Indicator style to a drag and drop that I'm including in the quiz? My quiz numbering is off because I have a drag/drop in the middle of it, so my indicator shows Question 11 of 19 instead of 11 of 20.

Captivate 2019 build 11.5.1.499, on Windows 10. Course is html5 in IE (or Chrome).

You will have to build a custom progress indicator. This is a very old post (from SWF era), maybe it can help?
