How to save quiz results data into MS Access or MySql

          I want to know about how to save quiz results data into MS Access or MySql. I want to save data when the learners clicked the button. Please give me advice which method is suitable for saving data and also give me instructions which are how to save quiz results into MS Access or MySql. Thanks!!!
