How to send Variable value to LMS

Hello, all.  Any ideas how I would go about triggering the resulting value of one variable (that will have been manipulated several times during a module) to my LMS at the end of the project?  

I do NOT have a quiz, but this variable is what tracks a user's score over the course of the module.
