Could you offer some more details? Do you want to set a limit to the time spent on the game? If yes, what do you want to happen when time has elapsed? What is the reason you don't want to use the timer or the hourglass interaction which have that scenario built in?

Or do you want just to see the time spent on the game?

I have created 20 boxes in that 15 boxes correct products. when user rollover the boxes it will open and clicking on the box product will appear separately and then user drag/drop in to trolley.

User find the 15 correct product within a countdown time(00:60sec) it should go to success screen.

If not it should go to failed screen.

I heard timer or the hourglass interaction will not work in the Ipad.

Did you test what you heard? Those interactions have an automatically generated event when the time has elapsed. If you have to do it with system variables and advanced/shared actions you can only trigger those actions when an event occurs. In the case of a Drag&Drop this means that you have to use the object actions, and the action will only be executed just after having such an object action, not continuously.  If you can live with that, read this old article, which explains about those system variables for time capturing. If you do understand that article, maybe I could give some more instructions for your use case. However this is NOT a newbie work flow at all:
