How to shift multiple Closed Captions in the Edit Video Timing CC window

I am looking for a way to "shift" multiple closed captions keyframes in the Edit Video Timing Closed Captions view. I need to "shift" multiple CC keyframes exactly 3 min and 9.2 seconds toward the end of the event video in order to insert the additional CC edits that are required 

The overhead on this is pretty big if having to redo the closed captions a second time. (Shifting each by hand is actually more time consuming than a comnplete recreation from my experience)

Hoping this will not involve an enhancement request to Adobe however if so then perhaps others can join me in this.
