how to show Quiz Tracking on slide

I would like to show quiz tracking on slide at the end of assessment. how it will happned?

for e.g.

Suppose i have 10 question in pool and i have 5 random question on slide.

Now a user when getting random question one bye i would like to store those details(details like what is the question what was the answer and what user had selected) on slide at the end of assessment.

    Hello there,

    LMS can do these trackings. Do you want to display them on a slide? That may not be directly possible to do but you can use the combination of Advanced Actions to create a custom reporting slide. Is this something you are looking for?
