How to install Presenter.  Have WinRAR file and don't know how to save what is in it?

My problem was that when I downloaded the files  I hit "run" instead of a simple "save".  It is now downloaded and installed.

When you download the installer for Presenter it should be a zip file (maybe 7zip) and the installer exe file. The installer file calls to and unpacks the zip file.
