Is there a way to stop audio from replaying when you return to a slide if you've already listened once in the new Captivate?

For Captivate Classic I could point you immediately to 3 possible workflows, explained step-by-step in blog posts.

However that is not possible for version 12, because due to the many bugs I have not yet be able to test them in this version.

I need to know which type of audio you want to use? If it is narration synchronized with the slide timeline because you need CC, I want to know if you have staggered items on the timeline or is everything appearing at once and timed for the rest of the project? In that case you could use a bookmark approach, based on the value of a user variable which is incremented on each visit.

If you don't need CC you could use the Play Audio action for an On Enter slide interaction. Again you'll need the same user variable for the condition. Not sure if it will be functional because you have to mimick two different decisions in the former advanced action, since you also need to increment the user variable.

Last approach could be using an 'invisible' object or a state and based on the same user variable hide/show or Change the state of that object. Again, I have not tried it out.

You see that I have a good idea of possible workflows, but so many of them don't result in what is expected. Maybe the last release 12.2 got lost of those bugs but I haven't test it a lot so far.
