How/when do we get the Captivate 8 upgrade for our volume license with Adobe Software Assurance?

Hi all,


We bought Captivate 6 as a volume license with a two-year ASA maintenance and support agreement, which is supposed to include all patches and upgrades. That already got us upgraded from Captivate 6 to 7. However, we've had no similar message regarding the upgrade to Captivate 8. As suggested in another discussion, I tried downloading the Cap 8 trial and using our Cap 7 serial number, but it was not accepted.


Hints, suggestions, prophecies, authoritative Adobe statements all welcome. Thanks in advance.
