HTML5 not tracking completion in LMS

Hello,

We are converting our old learning content over to be just HTML5 only, however, it is not tracking in our LMS. I do have a support case with the LMS, but I was hoping you awesome people cpild look at my publishing output to verify I have things set correctly for straight HTML5 scorm tracking.

    I would never recommend to use 100% slide views, because not all LMSs give that the same interpretation. Often a slide will not be visited completely (until the last frame).
    Why do you want that requirement on top of a Passed Quiz?

    We do not use quizzes. We only use making it to the last slide and they are very linear processes.
