HTML5 Note Widget bug

There is a bug in the HTML5 note widget bug export... the note always shows up in the center of the screen, not next to the note icon. If you are trying to take notes on the content of the screen - it's basically useless.

Anyone have a workaround for this? Or know the file that contains the location of the notes widget so I can change it manually?

Also, in general, I have found a LOT of bugs in the HTML5 export. Is there a place to log bugs and provide QA? At the moment this is at least doubling my development time so it may as well be of benefit.
