HTML5 output not playing, showing captivate logo bar

Hi! I have done this many times and it has worked, but for some reason this one project will not work. It won't play, and just shows this frozen view of the captivate bar. It used to do this when I had exported projects from the trial version, but I have re published with the purchased version and it still does this. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hi AlexandraRyanLewis,

     When you open the Trail version project in Captivate 7 Licensed version and save it, Can you check whether "Project Expiry date" is checked or not? If selected, Can you deselect it?  Project Expiry date can be found under "Edit --Preferences --Project --Start and End".
