HTML5 output not working in Adobe Connect

I created a tutorial using Captivate 9 and published as an HTML5 format. I can get the tutorial to run outside of Adobe Connect, but it does not work when I try to run it from Adobe Connect. How can I get Adobe Connect to support an HTML5 presentation generated from Captivate?

    Hi Micheal,

    That would depend on what kind of Adobe Connect account you have. Captivate courses/presentations will only run if you have the "Adobe Connect Learning Package". I know, it sucks!
