HTML5 Tracker errors in Captivate 2017

Some individuals are having the HTML5 Tracker errors come up in slides with animations. Now when another person logs onto the same machine and re-imports the animations the errors go away. Any ideas on why this would occur??? The two of us that "could" re-import and repair the errors are also Graphic Artist's with the complete Adobe suite. The other individuals that could not fix the errors do not have the complete suite. Why should this matter? This is the only difference we found so far......
