Hyperlink "Deselect Continue Playing Project" Box does not appear

I'm using Captivate 9. I've created hyperlinks to documents. When I click a hyperlink the slide advances to the next slide. I think I need to uncheck the "deselect Continue Playing" box to resolve the issue, but it doesn't appear. Does anyone know how to make the check box reappear?

That feature is not available for hyperlink commands. Use Execute Advanced

action as workaround.

What action do you have the Hyperlink set to execute? You won't see that option with certain types of actions.

Right now the slide itself is set to no action. Which action should I set it too.

Legend

It will not appear for any hyperlink single command. You need to replace

the single command by an advanced action to prevent releasing the playhead.
