Hyperlinke in CP5.5 not opening

This is a CP5.5 project.  There is a hyperlink that has been tried as a click box and as a button action.  Both work in preview from the CPTX but won't work once they are published.  I've tried extending the time of the slide and how long the button is active for but once this is published neither the button or the clickbox work.

    There are a number of reasons why this may not be working for you.  The main reason is usually to do with the fact that you are testing this published content from a folder that has not been configured as a trusted location in your Flash Global Security settings.
