Hyperlinks don't work

Adobe Captivate

Hi,

I have created a responsive project using fluid boxes in Captivate 2017.

I have some text in text captions which needs to be linked to an external website.

When I preview the file, the link doesn't seem to work.

Please help!

How did you Preview? Contrary to SWF output, HTML output with any Preview method is not to be trusted to work completely. You have to publish and upload to a webserver or a LMS.

Thanks for yor reply. I tested the course on the web-server and the links still don't work. Any idea why this might be happening?
