I already have a subscription to captivate8, how do I upgrade to Cap9?

I thought there would be an easy "Upgrade" button in my subscription management page. I'm hoping I don't have to purchase yet another subscription and still pay out the remainder of my Cap8 subscription.

    Download the trial version of CP9. Normally your Adobe ID, which is linked to your subscription, should be recognized when you launch Captivate. At least that is the way it works for CC subscriptions, I don't know if it has changed for CP, used to be the same work flow.

    BTW normally you can have two versions installed with subscription, do not uninstall CP8 (yet).
